In accordance with distance selling regulations, if you find your purchase is unsuitable please inform us within 5 working days of receipt. Email us at email@example.com stating your name, order number and a description of the items you would like to return. Please also include in your email the reason you are returning the item/s. We will then issue you with a returns confirmation email giving clear instructions on how to return any items to us. Please note that without following these instructions and including the relevant information within your returned package we will be unable to process your return or issue a refund.
The cost of return shipping plus all applicable charges will be the customer's responsibility.
The only exception to this is for faulty/damaged goods.
We have a thorough quality checking system in place but from time to time an occasional fault may slip through, if so our no quibble guarantee ensures that you will receive a full refund (incl postage) for all damaged or faulty items providing they are returned to us within 5 working days of receipt of your order and in their original packaging and condition.
When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Customers should note that refunds will be processed within 10 working days. The time a refund takes to be credited back onto an account can depend on the customer's bank.
Items purchased at a sale or reduced price will only be exchanged (if available) or refunded if found to be faulty.
